All users can easily consult the company's privacy policy, the general conditions, any security documents (such as ISO/IEC, SOC 2, PCI-DSS or ePrivacy certifications), as well as all other relevant PDFs. This space becomes the reference point for those who want to carefully verify the reliability of a company before making a purchase or a collaboration.
We've also introduced a new feature that allows users to sign up with a company. Through this subscription, people can receive automatic email updates whenever the company modifies its legal documents, communicates maintenance periods or publishes important information. It is a system designed to guarantee a clear, continuous and transparent relationship between the brand and its customers.
Another new feature concerns the management of reviews. Now every review on a WeloPage can be opened in a new page, so you can easily share it with other users or on social networks. In addition, it is possible to report a review quickly and easily, in case it contains offensive language, irrelevant information or errors.
Finally, we have further simplified the integration of the badge and the WeLoPage into corporate websites. Thanks to a simple code snippet consisting of only two lines, companies can activate an internal popup directly on their site. This popup shows in real time all the information contained on their official Welo page, including certifications, security analysis and verified reviews. The user is no longer redirected to an external site, but can access all the information without leaving the site they are visiting, improving the user experience and reducing abandonment rates.
All these features represent a small step towards a more secure, transparent and people-friendly web.
