Every review published on certified companies goes through a serious, independent and transparent verification process, with the goal of giving users a more authentic view of a brand’s reliability, while reducing false, manipulated or incentivized content as much as possible.
Unlike other review collection systems, Welo does not allow businesses to buy positive reviews, hide negative ones or modify the feedback they receive, because our goal is to give consumers real and reliable information they can use to make better decisions.
Reviews published on the Welo Page cannot be purchased, altered or freely managed by companies, because no brand can pay to artificially improve its image or interfere with the content, order or visibility of the feedback it receives.
This approach helps keep the platform impartial and focused on transparency, so the reviews published reflect real experiences rather than promotional logic.
When a user submits a review, they are guided through a structured form where they can describe their experience, provide the main details of their interaction with the company and, when available, attach useful supporting elements such as order confirmations, screenshots, emails, tracking numbers or other relevant information.
Proof of purchase is not always mandatory, however every review is still checked one by one through Welo’s internal systems, which help us evaluate the consistency, credibility and reliability of the submitted content.
Reviews are not published automatically, but first go through a review phase, during which our team carries out editorial and quality checks to detect suspicious content, spam, offensive language or anything that does not comply with the platform guidelines.

Certified companies cannot independently approve, edit or delete the reviews they receive, because Welo acts as an independent third party whose role is to protect the integrity of the process.
