We are accepting applications for the Fall 2025 Batch.
This batch is dedicated to companies that want to obtain the Welobadge certification.
The deadline is October 21 at 11:59 PM (CET – Central European Time).
If you submit your application before this date, you will receive a response by October 29. Applications submitted after the deadline will still be considered, but we cannot guarantee precise response times.

Companies that apply before the deadline will receive a response by the batch announcement date. Later applications will be reviewed, but processing times may vary. We encourage you to apply as soon as you are ready.
If your application is promising, you will be invited to complete the verification process.
Most verifications are completed within a few days, with clear and detailed feedback. Once approved, you will immediately receive your Welo Page and the official Welobadge.

Joining WeloBadge requires a one-time activation fee for the setup and creation of your dedicated page. After that, a maintenance plan is required to ensure the continuity of your certification, constant updates, and the ongoing visibility of your badge.
