Nomad says new products have a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. If the same item is unavailable for a valid claim, it says it will issue equal-value store credit.
The return policy directs customers to an online Return Center using their order number and order email address.
For orders returned from outside the United States, Nomad says the customer pays return shipping and must send the item to a warehouse in the United States or Hong Kong.
Returns must be unused, in the original box with accessories. Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, and customized items are excluded.
Nomad’s help centre says orders shipped outside the United States may have unpaid duties, taxes or customs fees collected on delivery. Check the checkout total and delivery terms for your order.
The policy covers purchase and browsing data, marketing and Shopify processing.
Nomad says it collects contact, payment, transaction, device and usage information to run orders, support and marketing. An opt-out for targeted advertising is offered where available, and certain privacy rights depend on where you live.
Stock availability and preorder items can affect dispatch timing.
Nomad says orders may ship from a US or Hong Kong warehouse. It says preorder or backorder items can hold the whole order until they are ready, while estimated ship dates are shown on the product page and order confirmation.
Nomad says eligible unused, boxed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. It says customers outside the United States pay the return shipping and cannot exchange items.
Nomad says it issues refunds to the original payment method after receiving, processing and restocking the return. Its policy allows 3–7 business days to issue an international refund, then 3–7 business days to appear.
The help centre lists major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Alipay, Shop Pay, Diners Club and JCB. Available options can still depend on checkout location.
Nomad says its two-year manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials, manufacturing or workmanship under normal use. It excludes normal wear, misuse, modifications and damage to other devices.
The takeaway
The published policies give useful buying details, but delivery charges and return costs can depend on where the order is sent.
How we researchThis page reviews current published store policies and help-centre information relevant to a purchase.
Published policies describe Nomad’s stated processes, not independently measured delivery, refund or support performance. The help-centre policies include different conditions for US and international orders.
