No. Every business must pass our verification and meet the Welo Trust Standard to earn the Welo Badge.
What happens if we don’t pass?
We’ll let you know the result and what needs attention, when applicable. You can improve your business and apply again.
What do we receive if approved?
You’ll receive the Welo Badge, a public Welo Page, verified customer review tools, website widgets and access to your Welo dashboard.
Can we lose the certification?
Yes. If your business no longer meets our standards, Welo can review your certification again and withdraw it if necessary.
Where can we use the badge?
You can display the Welo Badge on your verified website using our official widgets. Customers can click it to check your certification.
Can we choose which reviews are published?
No. Welo reviews customer feedback independently. Businesses cannot buy positive reviews, edit customer feedback or remove reviews simply because they’re negative.
How do customers verify our certification?
They simply click the Welo Badge on your website to open your official Welo Page, where they can see your certification and what we’ve verified.
