Newegg’s standard policy lists 15-day windows for several technology categories and 30 days for others. It says eligible items at or below 50 pounds receive free return labels; personal returns over 50 pounds do not. A provided label may still be deducted from the refund under the policy. Processing is stated as up to two business days after receipt. Refunds go to the original payment method, but bank timing can vary.
