It is designed to collect, in a simple and professional format, all the information that helps transmit trust and increase conversions. Activate it only once, update it when necessary, and it is always visible through the Welo Badge that you integrate on your site.

A clear structure, designed to reassure

The Trust Center is divided into separate sections, each with a specific purpose. This makes it easy to consult, even for less experienced users.

1. Overview
The initial overview shows your company's key information: registered name, year of foundation, certification status, geographic location, and trust score. Here the user can immediately understand if they are in front of a verified and in good standing activity, without having to search for anything.

2. Certifications & Compliance
This section lists any certifications obtained by the company, both public and provided to Welo during verification. GDPR, ISO/IEC, ePrivacy, official registrations or external audits: everything that demonstrates compliance with current regulations is made visible and controlled.
Companies that have not yet obtained these certifications can still report the policies implemented, showing transparency and commitment.

3. Legal Documentation
This is one of the most consulted parts: direct links (or downloadable files) to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, GDPR information, and other mandatory legal documents. Welo verifies that the documents are real, up to date and consistent with what has been stated.
If a user has doubts about how their data is managed, they can immediately find an answer.

4. Company Information
Here are shown additional details such as a description of the activity, sector to which it belongs, official channels (site, social, email support), accepted payment methods and security measures adopted (e.g. encryption, 3DS, authentication). All of this information is collected directly by the Welo verification process and is updated periodically.

5. Business updates
A dynamic section, which allows companies to publish updates visible to users, such as changes of location, new standards adopted, changes to documents or improvements in security. Every update is tracked, dated, and verified.
It is a way to show that the company is active, evolving and attentive to its reputation.

6. Verified reviews
We integrate real reviews collected from reliable external sources (e.g. Trustpilot, Reviews.io, Google Reviews), with an indication of the platform of origin. No made-up reviews, no manipulation.
The Trust Center shows an updated average, with a direct link to the original source to ensure maximum transparency. Reviews collected with the Welo system (after verification of purchase) can also be shown.
