Access to Welobadge is through seasonal batches, with limited number of applications. Here's how the process works:
Submission of the online application
The first step in joining Welo Badge is to fill in the application form on the official portal: apply.welobadge.com.
The form will ask you for basic information, including:
Personal data: first name, last name and direct contacts.
Business data: legal name of your company, sector, official website.
Localization: country and city of registration or activity.
Motivation: a brief explanation of why you want to get the WeLoBadge.
Applications must be sent by the official deadline of the seasonal batch (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall).
Only companies that meet the basic criteria will move on to the next phase.

When applications close, the Welo team reviews every request received.
During this phase: We verify the consistency and completeness of the information provided.
We carry out a first screening of the website and the brand's reputation. If the application seems promising, we invite the company to proceed with the full verification.
However, the excluded companies receive feedback and, in many cases, suggestions on how to improve their application in future batches.

Email with the Certification Code
Once your company has successfully passed the verification, we will send you a email with the Welo certification code. This code is unique to your company and allows you to obtain the digital badge that certifies your certification.
Check your email: The email with the certification code will include instructions on how to integrate the badge into your website. Make sure to also check your spam folder, in case the email doesn't arrive directly in your inbox.
